Shantaya facilitates for her students the mind and body connection that Vinyasa yoga can bring. At the same time to improve strength and relaxation for the body. She offers a supportive environment to discover how to connect deeper into a proper yoga practice for everybodies individual body type. 

Carefully we build up to a spicy flow and meet a wide array of needs, interests, body type and strength. In every Asana ( position) I will give  modification and the student decide what feels good for their body. 

We are starting with Sunsalutations to tone and strengthen our arms, shoulders and upper body. Followed by exercises for tummy, bummy ;) and thighs. We open our hips inside out and learning to keep balance.

After a few Yogapractices we will build up and move faster, sweatier and hold poses longer and deeper. 

It always depends who is class of course if there are experienced Yogastudents than I will have a nice spicy Peak pose toward the end and we warm specifically up for those before. Of course again for not experienced yogi I give modification so they don't feel left out! 

My goal is with effective yoga sequences to allow each one to progress steadily, safely and simply from one place to another.
