This class focuses on the TOTAL body. You will be challenged in a new and different way in each and every class.
The TBW class incorporates cardio bursts, combination moves that challenge your total body and a mixture of body-weight exercises. This class moves quickly from exercise to exercise, alternating mat work with standing and moving exercises. Sometimes, we will take small portions of the class outside (weather permitting).
All fitness levels are welcome, but you will be challenged to improve your muscular and core strength, cardio vascular conditioning, flexibility and overall fitness abilities
