Total Body Circuits


In this class, each participant will work by themselves or with a partner,

Each Total Body Circuit class is different from the last.  We will use a variety of body weight exercises, hand weight and other equipment exercises, cardio and core exercises.  In each class, will execute 3-6 exercises, with little to no breaks in between, and repeat them 2-3 times.


This class is designed for intermediate to advanced students.  This is not a good class for beginners.
