Gentle Flow Yoga
Jennifer Austin’s Gentle Flow Yoga class is perfect for anyone who is looking for range of motion movements. This class combines elements of stretch, Hatha Yoga, and Flow Yoga. This Gentle Flow class can be used to support other sports passions, such as golf or tennis.
Gentle Flow is appropriate for students of all levels of Yoga. Whether you are just starting your practice or have practiced for years, this class will meet you where you are. (Persons recovering from injury are welcome, as long as you have been medically cleared for movement.)
Please wear comfortable clothing and know that some sweat could occur as major muscle groups are engaged.
